The Tweeddale single cask Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky aged 16 years has received a Gold Award in the 2014 Independent Bottlers Challenge.
Run by Whisky Magazine the 2014 Independent Bottlers Challenge results are published in their December 14 / January 15 issue 124 and The Tweeddale single cask Lowland Single Grain aged 16 years received Gold in the Best Grain 13 to 20 years old category.

This is the same single grain whisky that makes up 50% of The Tweeddale blended Scotch Whisky Batch 4. The remaining 50% of the blend is made up of eight single malts from the Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside and Islay.
