Adjacent to the historic Bennets Bar, Le Petite Mort is offering a 3-course whisky-paired menu on Sunday 19th June featuring all 3 of our R&B whiskies.
Kick off the evening with a BORDERS single grain whisky cocktail, Borders Porthole, served in a rather uncommon vessel and complementing a starter of pan fried Scallop, braised pork cheek, confit courgette on a fondant butternut squash disk.
Follow that with a chorizo stuffed braised lamb belly, butternut and potato puree, lamb moussaka, RAASAY While We Wait single malt jus and lamb bacon (pictured below), paired of course with a dram of RAASAY While We Wait single malt Scotch, before finishing with summer peach bavarois, honeycomb and mango with The TWEEDDALE Blend.
