London’s Cocktail Trading Company devised their version of The Mac Daddy cocktail using Raasay While We Wait to celebrate Burns Night 2016. Try it any time of year thanks to their recipe below:
25ml Raasay While We Wait single malt Scotch whisky
25ml ginger wine
25ml golden syrup (diluted 1 to 1)
25ml lemon juice
Churn over curshed ice and serve in a golden syrup tin. Garnish with a mint sprig and a brandy snap.
