Created by London’s Cocktail Trading Company to celebrate Burns Night 2016, The Spicy Red Head cocktail celebrates Scotland, the home of whisky. Deep fried mars bar optional.
50ml Borders highland single grain Scotch whisky
75ml spicy ginger beer
Squeeze of lime
25ml red wine
Stir and serve long in a tumbler over ice. Garnish with a big sprig of mint and a deep fried, breadcrumb coated mini mars bar (optional) as well as a good dusting of icing sugar.
